Hi, its me! The owner of Smooth Operator Sugaring Studio.

I have been sugaring part time since 2018,  bouncing between every single department at my day job to satisfy my need for change, and whipping through most of a psych degree just to  keep it interesting. But, while walking downtown one day in beautiful District 1881, the devil on my shoulder (aka my husband), planted a nugget of inspiration that lead to the conception of Smooth Operator. And just like that, we were moving, strategizing, and applying for a business license. And now here we are!

My greatest joy in life is to help others feel awesome, and while some may think sugaring is just hair removal, to me, its also a place for you to get away for a moment, a place to make new friends, a place to vent to a  stranger and deal with the pain (both literally and figuratively) of living every day life.

 

While I firmly believe in your right to let it grow regardless of what society says, I also know that shaving sucks, the pink tax is ridiculous, and the more you rip it out, the thinner it gets. So for those who want to be hair-free, come hang out! I cherish getting to meet and support fabulous people from all walks of life, and I live for making your lives just a little bit easier.

I do want to give credit to all of the countless friends, family, and cheerleaders who helped make this dream a possibility. Without those hardworking hands, hearts, and brains, I would not have been able to pull this off. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You.
